Maintenance is charged by the hour for a team of two, so you're only paying for time on your garden. Most gardens land between one and three hours a visit, and we'll tell you which before you commit to anything.
Extra green waste beyond a normal visit is £30 per jumbo bag, agreed with you first. Anything outside the standard checklist — a tree down, a fence to fix — is quoted separately before we touch it.
The garden changes. So does the visit.
You're not paying for the same hour twelve months a year. What we do shifts with the season, and so does how often we come.
Waking it up
First cuts, beds cleared and mulched, hedges shaped before nesting season, and feeding to get the lawn going.
Keeping ahead
Peak growth. Regular mowing, edging, constant weeding and deadheading so nothing runs away from you.
Getting it ready
Leaves cleared, final cuts, hedges cut back hard, and beds prepared so spring starts from a good place.
Structure and repair
Visits drop to monthly. Pruning, structural work, patios cleaned and everything tidied for the quiet months.
Real gardens we look after every fortnight.
Not showcase builds photographed once. These are maintenance customers, kept like this all season.
Stop thinking about the garden.
Send a couple of photos and we'll tell you what your garden needs and what it'll cost — usually the same day.
Everything people ask before signing up.
How much will my garden cost?
Maintenance is £85 an hour for a team of two. Most gardens take one to three hours a visit depending on size and how much planting there is. Send a photo and we'll tell you which bracket you're in before you commit to anything.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. It's billed monthly and you can stop before the next billing date. We'd rather earn the next visit than lock you in.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can get to the garden. Most customers leave a side gate unlocked or give us a code. You'll get photos once we're finished.
What happens in winter?
Visits drop to monthly from November to February, so your bill drops too. Growth stops, so we switch to leaves, pruning, structural work and getting things ready for spring.
Is green waste really included?
Yes, a normal visit's worth goes with us at no extra charge. If a visit throws up much more than usual — a big cut-back, for instance — extra jumbo bags are £30 each and we'll agree that with you first.
What if something needs doing that isn't on the list?
We'll tell you, give you a price, and you decide. Nothing outside the standard visit gets done or charged without you saying yes first.
Will it be the same gardeners every time?
We run fixed rounds, so you'll see familiar faces and they'll know your garden. If someone's off, whoever covers works from the same checklist and the same notes.
What if I'm not happy with a visit?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put it right at no charge.
On our round every week.
We keep a tight round so we're never far away and never late. These are the postcodes we cover for regular maintenance.
Not on the list? Send us a WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly if we can get to you.
